School Uniform
School jumpers, cardigans, ties and book bags are available from the school office. All other items should be purchased from elsewhere and are not sold at school.
We maintain a stock of pre-loved uniform (shirts, ties, jumpers, cardigans, trousers, PE kit, coats and some shoes) available for free via the school office, teachers or seesaw on request. You can also contact Jayne Phillips (parent governor) on 07887 721984 to arrange collection of pre-loved uniform privately.
PE kit is a plain white, round-necked t-shirt and a pair of black or navy shorts. Plain black or navy leggings may be worn if preferred and jogging trousers are fine for the winter when outside only. Trainers are required for all outdoor games.
Please ensure that your child wears correct school uniform at all times. School uniform ensures that children are easily identifiable on school trips, adds to the business-like learning atmosphere, provides a sense of cohesion and community and makes everyone feel part of the Lark Hill family. Children who do not wear correct school uniform will stand out in ways that can be difficult socially. It is parents’ responsibility to ensure that children are correctly clothed when they come to school. If children come to school wearing incorrect uniform, text and letter reminders will go home. School has a selection of uniform items in a range of sizes which children in incorrect uniform will have to change into when they get to school. If this is repeated often, we can help parents acquire correct school uniform but there will be a charge. Children will not be allowed to go on trips or take part in special events without school uniform.
If you require any advice or assistance, please contact the school.
